Our Cookie Bake-Off is Back! Not only will you get to sample the cookies from the best bakers in the school, but we will have FREE family photos taken for all your Holiday needs. See you on Thursday night at 5:30 p.m. at the elementary school!

We were so excited to welcome back our Grade Level Spelling Bees with Guests!! Just check out the smiles on these super spellers! Make plans to see these finalists compete for the school wide title on December 13th!
Little Bit Foundation brought in a Book Fair for students today. Each child was able to choose two FREE books from a great selection. As you can see, our kids enjoyed this special treat! Be sure to ask your child about their choices. I bet they’d love to read one with you!
Great season for our Girls on the Run! This team didn’t let the cold weather on Saturday keep them from their 5K! Special thanks to all the parents who came out to recognize their hard work at the race and end of season celebration!

Hancock Elementary Staff spent the morning learning about the social emotional brain. Then, this afternoon, they practiced calming their brains with some team building and wellness activities. Happy teacher brains = happy student brains!

Hancock Elementary Picture Day!
Our first Family Day was a hit with our annual Rock-Paper-Scissors Contest. Last year’s winner received his championship t-shirt and all houses had a chance to spin the wheel! Congrats to ODNOS for having another school champion!!
Our first House Assembly had the houses all laughing and having a blast! Remember our challenge to speak respectfully to adults this weekend to earn house points! Find Dr. Wright and share your story to earn points!
