Our students and staff make our school one of the BEST places to be and the state of Missouri agrees! We are extremely proud to share that our school placed among the top 40% of elementary schools in the state of Missouri, making it a U.S. News Best Elementary School. What an amazing accomplishment!🥳❤️ #hpsdtigers #TogetherWeROAR

Our 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders have been enjoying their bowling unit in P.E. They have learned how to properly hold and throw a bowling ball and also how to keep score! Plus, is there anything more fun than cosmic bowling?!?!🎳🪩 #TogetherWeROAR #hpsdtigers

Ms. Wilcutt's 1st grade class worked on "Capitalization in the Coffee Shop." This lesson focused on capitalizing first and last names, "coffee shop" etiquette, and adding up money when students "made purchases" at the coffee shop counter. We love a cross-curricular activity and our first graders were LOVING their coffee shop treats!☕🍰 #hpsdtigers #togetherweROAR

Tomorrow is the last day to turn in t-shirt money. Don't miss out on your opportunity to get our newest House designs!❤️💛💚💙

Along with this performance, our students have been learning about giving back and helping others these last two weeks by participating in a canned food drive. To wrap up the fun, we enjoyed a special lunch of "Cheesy Pizza Bombs," in reference to a special meal in the story Maddi's Fridge. Shout out to Mrs. Liz Murphy for organizing all of these wonderful experiences for our students. It has been an awesome two weeks!
